Job Description
Royal Swiss Auto Services is a leading provider of luxury car repair and services in Al Riyadh. We are currently seeking a Reception Supervisor with at least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the reception area, including greeting and assisting customers, answering phone calls and emails, and scheduling appointments
- Ensure smooth operation of front desk activities and handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of customer vehicles and provide updates to customers as needed
- Train and supervise reception staff to maintain high standards of customer service
Job Specification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Reception Supervisor in the automotive industry
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
