Technical Design Director (EOI)

JASARA PMC is currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Technical Design Director (EOI) to join our team. As the Technical Design Director, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the technical design aspects of our projects. Your expertise and leadership skills will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of complex and innovative designs within budget and schedule constraints. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of technical designers, providing guidance and support throughout the design process
• Oversee the development and implementation of technical design strategies and standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of technical design elements
• Review and approve technical design documents, drawings, and specifications
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry best practices
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members as needed
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or related field
• 25+ years of experience in technical design, preferably in the construction industry
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex and innovative designs
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
• Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of design principles and practices
• Proficient in industry-standard design software and tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
