JASARA PMC is currently seeking expressions of interest for a Senior Logistics Manager position. As a Senior Logistics Manager at JASARA PMC, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing all logistics operations for our Social Infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia. You will lead a team of logistics professionals and work closely with stakeholders to ensure the efficient movement of personnel, equipment, and materials. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in logistics management, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the civil engineering industry. • Develop and implement comprehensive logistics strategies to optimize the movement of personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Lead and manage a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify logistics needs and develop solutions to meet project requirements.
• Establish strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective logistics operations.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices in logistics operations.
• Manage logistics budgets and forecasts, tracking expenditures and identifying opportunities for cost savings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 15-20 years of experience in logistics management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience in managing logistics operations within the civil engineering industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in logistics management software and tools.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and procedures related to logistics in Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
