JASARA PMC, a leading project management consultancy firm, is inviting expressions of interest for the position of Senior Design Manager - Roads. As the Senior Design Manager - Roads, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of road infrastructure projects. This includes managing the entire design process, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results. Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of road infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Manage the entire design process, including conceptualization, detailed design, and construction documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and construction professionals, to ensure effective coordination and integration of design elements
• Prepare and review design documents, drawings, and specifications
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in road design and construction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
• 15-20 years of experience in road design and management
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in road design
• Proficient in design software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroStation
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience working on road infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is preferred but not required
