JASARA PMC is currently seeking expressions of interest for the role of Project Director (EOI) to join our team. • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
• Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project success
• Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules effectively
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any concerns or issues
• Monitor project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• 25+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure projects
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabian regulations and construction industry practices is preferred
