Job Description
JASARA PMC is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Commercial Manager (Contract amp; Procurement) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all contract and procurement activities for our projects. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure the successful delivery of projects within budget and timelines.
Responsibilities will include conducting market research, identifying potential suppliers and subcontractors, negotiating contracts, and managing ongoing relationships with vendors. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation related to contracts and procurement activities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract and procurement management, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage all contract and procurement activities for our projects
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and subcontractors
- Negotiate contracts and establish terms and conditions with vendors
- Manage ongoing relationships with vendors and subcontractors
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to contracts and procurement activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 15-20 years of experience in contract and procurement management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and laws related to contract and procurement activities
