Job Description:

Eram Talent is looking for a Guest Relations Host to join our team. As a Guest Relations Host, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our guests. Your main duties will include greeting and assisting guests, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay or visit. We are seeking an individual with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle guest-related issues in a professional and efficient manner.

Requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle guest concerns effectively.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Proficiency in English required, additional languages considered a plus.
