As a Lead Engineer - Electrical, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing electrical engineering projects for a range of industries, including Oil amp; Energy. • Lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for various projects.
• Manage a team of engineers and provide guidance and mentorship.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure successful project execution.
• Perform detailed calculations, simulations, and analysis to ensure system efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering technology.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Identify and resolve technical issues or challenges during the project lifecycle.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in Refinery amp; Petrochemicals is required.
• Minimum of 12+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with expertise in project management.
• Proven track record of successfully leading electrical engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical design software and tools.
• In-depth understanding of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred.
