We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Engineer - Civil/Structural to join our client's team in the Oil and Energy sector. As a part of this dynamic industry, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead and contribute to the design and development of civil and structural projects for the oil and energy sector.

• Lead and oversee design and engineering activities for civil and structural projects.
• Manage project deliverables, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful completion.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare and review technical reports, specifications, and drawings.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in civil and structural engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 12+ years of experience.
• Significant experience in civil and structural engineering, preferably in the oil and energy sector.
• Strong proficiency in design and analysis software such as AutoCAD, STAAD, or SAP2000.
• Knowledge of international codes and standards related to civil and structural engineering.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and provide guidance to junior engineers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
