• Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
• Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
• Take accurate and efficient orders from guests
• Prepare and serve food and beverages following company standards
• Anticipate guest needs and provide recommendations
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Assist with setting up tables and preparing the restaurant for service
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service
• Adhere to health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Waiter/Waitress is preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive and friendly attitude
• Ability to work well in a team
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus and service procedures
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
