Job Description

Middle East Mattress Factory Co., a well-established company in the consumer goods industry in the MENA region, is currently seeking a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join their team. With a history dating back to 1990 and a strong partnership with Sealy Inc. USA, the company operates a state-of-the-art production facility in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Middle East Mattress Factory Co. is committed to delivering high-quality and innovative sleep solutions to the Arab market.

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the human resources function within the company. You will develop and implement HR policies and procedures, oversee recruitment and onboarding, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Your strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and ability to effectively manage and develop the company's human capital will contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment and selection process
  • Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs
  • Administer company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
  • Develop and implement performance management systems
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR
  • Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics as required

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of HR concepts, principles, and best practices
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
  • Experience in recruitment and employee onboarding
  • Ability to handle employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity
  • Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 5-7 years of HR management experience
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal
  • At least 35 years old
  • Saudi national only
