Completions Director - Oil Gas (UAE)

Eram Talent is currently seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Completions Director for our client in the Oil amp; Gas industry. The Completions Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing the completions operations for various oil and gas projects, ensuring safe and efficient execution and delivery.

• Develop and implement completions strategies and plans for different oil and gas projects.
• Oversee and manage the completions activities, including wellbore preparation, well testing, and equipment installation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including drilling and production teams, to ensure seamless integration of completions activities.
• Manage and supervise completions contractors, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate completion performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Prepare and review completions reports, documentation, and cost estimates.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to completions team members.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in completions operations, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
• Ability to lead a team of engineers/supervisors for the execution of Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and start-up activities
• Expertise in EPC Projects.
• Proven track record of successful completions management for oil and gas projects.
• In-depth knowledge of completions techniques, equipment, and industry best practices.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience working with international clients and managing projects in different geographical locations.
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards.
• Availability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
