Completion Manager (UAE)

Eram Talent is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Completion Manager for our client based in the UAE. The Completion Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the completion activities for various projects, ensuring the successful execution of completion operations in a safe and efficient manner.

• Develop and implement completion strategies and plans for different projects.
• Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth completion operations.
• Manage and supervise completion contractors and vendors.
• Monitor and evaluate completion performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize operations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and review completion reports and documentation.
• Provide technical expertise and support to completion team members.
• Identify and troubleshoot completion issues and recommend solutions.
• Lead and participate in meetings and discussions related to completion activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in completion operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Ability to lead a team of engineers/supervisors for the execution of Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and start-up activities.
• Experience in EPC Projects.
• In-depth knowledge of completion techniques and equipment.
• Strong understanding of industry regulations and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience working in the UAE or the Middle East region is preferred.
