Eram Talent is currently seeking a Commissioning Team Leader - Vendor Management to join our team. Eram Talent is an independent talent acquisition consultancy that specializes in providing recruitment solutions for various industries including oil and gas, construction, infrastructure, energy, and technology.

As a Commissioning Team Leader - Vendor Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the vendor management process during the commissioning stage of oil and gas projects. You will play a key role in ensuring effective coordination with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient completion of commissioning activities.

• Lead a team of commissioning technicians in coordinating with vendors and subcontractors.
• Develop and implement strategies for effective vendor management during the commissioning stage.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or concerns that arise.
• Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and specifications.
• Provide guidance and support to the commissioning team in resolving vendor-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to vendor management activities.
• Communicate with project management and stakeholders regarding vendor management progress and issues.
• Participate in vendor evaluation and selection processes.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and procedures during vendor management activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commissioning and vendor management within the oil and gas industry.
• Good understanding of EPC project execution
• Ability to lead a team of engineers/supervisors for the execution of Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and start-up activities
• Experience in leading and managing teams in a commissioning environment.
• Strong knowledge of vendor management practices and procedures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting contractual agreements and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
