Eram Talent is currently seeking a Commissioning Team Leader - Projects to join our team. As a Commissioning Team Leader - Projects, you will be responsible for overseeing the commissioning activities of various projects within the oil and gas industry. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful completion and handover of projects, meeting the client's specifications and requirements.

• Lead a team of commissioning technicians in the execution of commissioning activities for oil and gas projects.
• Develop and implement commissioning plans and procedures based on project requirements and industry standards.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, and construction teams to ensure effective handover of systems and equipment.
• Conduct inspections and tests to verify the functionality and quality of systems and equipment.
• Identify and address any issues or concerns that arise during the commissioning process.
• Prepare commissioning reports and documentation for review and approval.
• Communicate commissioning progress and issues to project management and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and procedures during commissioning activities.
• Provide guidance and training to commissioning technicians.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commissioning activities within the oil and gas industry.
• Good understanding of EPC project execution
• Experience in leading and managing teams in a commissioning environment.
• Ability to lead a team of engineers/supervisors for the execution of Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and start-up activities
• Strong knowledge of commissioning techniques and procedures.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
