Job Description

AlUla Club is looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes. You will work closely with the HR team to implement HR policies and procedures, handle employee data management, and provide support in the areas of payroll and benefits administration. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR practices and regulations, excellent attention to detail, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks. Responsibilities
  • Provide support in all areas of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HRIS management.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS.
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the coordination and administration of payroll and benefits processes.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulation.
  • Support in employee engagement initiatives and HR related projects.
  • Has an Experiences in government's platform ( Gosi , Qiwa , Moqeem, Mudad ,etc).
  • Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 Years Experiences in HR Operations .
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
  • Proficiency in both spoken amp; written English languages is required.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, practices, and labor regulations
  • Strong understanding of HRIS systems and experience in handling employee data
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in using HR software and MS Office applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Relevant HR certification is a plus
