Quality Control Analysts
SSC Egypt, Saudi Arabia

• · Conduct Stage Gate Inspections at various stages of SDLC, including Post Implementation Review (PIR)
• · Report any non-conformances / gaps identified during Stage Gate Inspections
• · Update CLM with all identified non-conformances / gaps identified
• · Track all reported non-conformances / gaps identified during Inspections
• · Ensure that PCI (Process Compliance Index) is published after each Stage gate Inspection
• · Ensure that Corrective actions and Target date are filled for the identified gaps and they are effective
• · Track all non-conformances / gaps identified during Inspections until closure
• · Track Incidents and ensure Root Cause Analysis separately for the PIR Stage
• · Report the status of Incidents on a daily/weekly basis
• · Publish the PIR Closure report for each CR
• · Capture Lessons Learnt and Best Practices
• · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferably at a post-graduate level Perform or support any other tasks / activities related to Quality Control related to the entire SDLC including the PIR phase.

Requirements

Experience: 6-8 years of relevant experience in Quality Control operations within a banking organization.
