Lead Project Engineer - Commissioning Warranty (UAE)

Eram Talent is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Project Engineer - Commissioning amp; Warranty to join our team. As the Lead Project Engineer - Commissioning amp; Warranty, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing commissioning and warranty activities for multiple projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful commissioning of project deliverables and effective warranty management.

• Lead and manage a team of project engineers to ensure successful commissioning and warranty activities
• Develop commissioning plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely availability of required resources for commissioning
• Conduct commissioning tests and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards
• Manage warranty claims, including coordination with suppliers and resolution of issues
• Monitor commissioning progress and performance, and implement corrective actions as necessary
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices
• Prepare and present commissioning and warranty status reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 14 years' experience in project engineering or commissioning
• Experience in EPC Projects.
• Experience handling Warranty related matters and Warranty Coordination.
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in commissioning and warranty management
• Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record of successfully overseeing commissioning activities and managing warranties
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in commissioning processes, tests, and inspections
• Experience in the UAE market is preferred
• Professional certifications related to commissioning and warranty management are a plus
