Eram Talent is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Project Engineer - Commissioning amp; Warranty to join our team. As the Lead Project Engineer - Commissioning amp; Warranty, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing commissioning and warranty activities for multiple projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful commissioning of project deliverables and effective warranty management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of project engineers to ensure successful commissioning and warranty activities
- Develop commissioning plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely availability of required resources for commissioning
- Conduct commissioning tests and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Manage warranty claims, including coordination with suppliers and resolution of issues
- Monitor commissioning progress and performance, and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices
- Prepare and present commissioning and warranty status reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 14 years' experience in project engineering or commissioning
- Experience in EPC Projects.
- Experience handling Warranty related matters and Warranty Coordination.
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in commissioning and warranty management
- Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully overseeing commissioning activities and managing warranties
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in commissioning processes, tests, and inspections
- Experience in the UAE market is preferred
- Professional certifications related to commissioning and warranty management are a plus
