Eram Talent is currently seeking a Commissioning Team Leader - Preservations to join our team. As a Commissioning Team Leader - Preservations, you will be responsible for overseeing the preservation activities during the commissioning process of oil and gas projects. You will play a key role in ensuring the integrity and functionality of equipment and systems while they are in the preservation phase.

• Lead a team of preservation technicians in performing preservation activities for equipment and systems.
• Develop preservation plans and procedures based on project requirements and industry standards.
• Monitor preservation activities to ensure compliance with procedures and quality standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure proper preservation of equipment and systems.
• Conduct inspections and tests to verify the effectiveness of preservation measures.
• Identify and resolve issues related to preservation activities.
• Communicate preservation progress and issues to project management and stakeholders.
• Prepare preservation reports and documentation for review and approval.
• Provide guidance and training to preservation technicians.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and procedures during preservation activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commissioning and preservation activities within the oil and gas industry.
• Experience in leading and managing teams in a commissioning environment.
• Strong knowledge of preservation techniques and procedures.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
