Eram Talent is currently seeking a Commissioning Team Leader - Completion to join our team. As a Commissioning Team Leader - Completion, you will be responsible for overseeing the completion and handover process of oil and gas projects. You will play a key role in ensuring that all systems and equipment are fully functional and meet the project requirements before they are handed over to the client.

• Lead a team of commissioning technicians in the completion and handover process.
• Develop and implement strategies for efficient completion and handover of systems and equipment.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely completion of activities.
• Conduct inspections and tests to verify the functionality of systems and equipment.
• Identify and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the completion process.
• Prepare completion reports and documentation for review and approval.
• Communicate completion progress and issues to project management and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and procedures during completion activities.
• Provide guidance and training to commissioning technicians.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commissioning and completion activities within the oil and gas industry.
• Ability to lead a team of engineers/supervisors for the execution of Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and start-up activities
• Good understanding of EPC project execution
• Experience in leading and managing teams in a commissioning environment.
• Strong knowledge of completion techniques and procedures.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
