We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator with a strong background in Microsoft Solutions amp; Services, including on-premise Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, File Servers, and M365 Services Administration. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience in managing these platforms, along with a proven ability to handle complex troubleshooting scenarios effectively. As the first responder, you will play a critical role in maintaining business and service continuity by promptly identifying and resolving issues, performing necessary fixes, and ensuring the seamless implementation of periodic patches.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and administer on-premise Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, File Servers, and M365 Services to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Perform advanced troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
Proactively monitor system health, performance, and security, implementing preventive measures as needed.
Conduct regular maintenance tasks, including applying patches, updates, and security fixes to minimize vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement infrastructure improvements and enhancements.
Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and future reference.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends to continuously enhance system administration capabilities.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Solutions amp; Services, including Active Directory, Exchange, File Servers, and M365 Administration.
Strong proficiency in troubleshooting complex technical issues and implementing effective solutions.
Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSE, MCSA) preferred.
Additional expertise in infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and SAMA compliance is a definite plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
