Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with a strong background of working with communities in the governmental sector to join our team at Beyond.
As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing our project management processes and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities:
Working with clients to detail specific project deliverables
· developing a preliminary project plan
· establishing project milestones and deadlines
· forecasting realistic budgets and tracking costs as the project proceeds
· leading a team towards shared goals and objectives
· creating, filing, and maintaining detailed documentation
· using technical tools and software programs to plan and organize milestones
· delegating tasks to the most suitable team members
· conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback
· calculating and managing potential risks
· anticipating, identifying, and resolving issues as they arise
· supporting team members to ensure they complete tasks on time
· resolving team conflicts
· tracking project progress and preparing detailed reports
· managing financial, human, and material resources
· ensuring client satisfaction
· mentoring team members and providing professional guidance
· conducting post-project analyses to determine what was effective and what to improve for future projects
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
· PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
· 4+ years of experience in project management.
· Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and portfolios. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in project management tools and software. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Strong background of working with communities and following up with their tasks including weekly reports.
