Construction Manager / Project Manager

JASARA PMC is looking for a talented Construction Manager / Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a joint venture between Public Investment Fund, Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, JASARA strives to deliver exceptional projects and elevate program management in Saudi Arabia.

As a Construction Manager / Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful completion within budget and quality standards. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to coordinate and manage all aspects of the projects.

• Plan, budget, and oversee construction projects from beginning to end.
• Manage project teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and make adjustments as necessary.
• Track project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering,or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction project management.
• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Proven ability to develop and adhere to project schedules and budgets.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication,interpersonal,and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in different software (e.g.,CAD,MS Office).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
