Job Purpose:
As a Senior Manager - Business Development (Transactions), you will be responsible for sales of Real estate
transactions business in KSA. You are also responsible for running direct sales teams selling property in the
KSA market. You will set and monitor sales targets for your sales team in coordination with strategy teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Set sales targets for the teams in coordination with the strategy team
Hire sales resources and maintain optimal team size to achieve sales targets
Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for sales in coordination with strategy team
Work with the marketing team to ensure efficient lead generation
Continuously observe real estate trends, and product performance as well as suggest changes accordingly
Identify best practices to improve the sales processes and overall marketing and sales efficiency
Responsible for maintaining relationships with repeat clients to keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities
Responsible for the Training Need Assessment (TNA) of your sales team.
Execute sales training program based on TNA in coordination with the Learning amp; Development Team
Initiate performance improvement interventions with the help of the sales strategy team
Work with sales ops teams to ensure optimal service levels and smooth customer operations
Oversee market research and competitor and customer analysis regularly
Raise process requirements to tech and strategy teams for optimal sales operations
Suggest improvements to company portals for enhancement of sales
Develop team and consumer promotions for sales enhancement in coordination with strategy and product teams
Participate in property sales events and expos to enhance the agency and client base
Represent the company in expos and other real estate events
Forge good working relationships with regulatory bodies for smooth operations
Conduct frequent market visits alongside the sales teams to keep field knowledge intact
Conduct morning meetings with teams to give direction on a regular basis
Oversee special projects as assigned by the line manager
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a relevant field
Experience
At least 8 years of previous sales management or active sales is a must
Proven Commercial sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
Knowledge
In-depth knowledge of commercial avenues
Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
A deep understanding of the market services/products
Understanding of real estate sales
