As a Commercial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to sales amp;amp; other business teams by supporting the development and implementation of a Sales Excellence Plan. Additionally, you will assist in the formulation of frameworks, tools and processes to ensure continuous business improvement and business success. You will also lead end-to-end monitoring and reporting of sales and other team performances and provide functional support where necessary.

In this role you will:

Data Analysis and Insights:

  • Gather and analyse data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
  • Prepare reports and visualisations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Process Improvement:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Identify automation opportunities and recommend process enhancements.

Project Coordination:

  • Assist with project management for selected initiatives.
  • Coordinate with different departmental teams to improve productivity.

Requirements Gathering:

  • Write clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation.
  • Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders.

Strategic Planning:

  • Influence stakeholders to support business projects.
  • Analyse process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements.

Reporting and Visualization:

  • Create reports, dashboards, and visualisations to help others understand business performance.
  • Perform data discovery, analysis, and modelling.

Collaboration and Roadmap Planning:

  • Collaborate with product managers on roadmap planning and workforce optimisation.

Requirements

  • BS(Hons) degree required
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, sales effectiveness and commercial
  • Preferably an understanding of digital marketplaces and how they operate.
  • Familiarity with sales operations and experience in the implementation of cross-functional projects.
  • Data Analytics, Performance Dashboards, Project Management
  • Expert at MS Excel
  • Intermediate knowledge in Power BI
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail and
  • Good project reporting and management skills with a problem-solving approach
