We are currently seeking a Card Operations Analyst to join our team at FlyAkeed. As a Card Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our card operations, ensuring smooth and efficient card transactions for our customers. You will play a crucial role in monitoring card activities, resolving issues, and implementing improvements to enhance the overall card payment experience. Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor credit card transactions to identify irregularities, discrepancies, or potential fraud.
2. Ensure all transactions comply with established company policies and industry regulations.
1. Provide prompt and efficient support to cardholders for inquiries, disputes, or issues related to their credit card transactions.
2. Assist in resolving payment-related concerns and ensuring a positive customer experience.
1. Conduct daily reconciliation of credit card transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
2. Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.
3. Analyze transaction data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential fraud or misuse of the wallet system.
4. Collaborate with the risk management team to implement fraud prevention measures.
1. Generate and maintain reports on credit card performance, including transaction volumes, user activity, and financial metrics.
2. Present insights and recommendations to the stakeholders to improve wallet system efficiency.
1. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies related to wallet operations.
2. Ensure that appropriate security protocols to protect sensitive customer data and financial assets are implemented and effective.
