We are currently seeking a Card Operations Analyst to join our team at FlyAkeed. As a Card Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our card operations, ensuring smooth and efficient card transactions for our customers. You will play a crucial role in monitoring card activities, resolving issues, and implementing improvements to enhance the overall card payment experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical and detail-oriented individual with a passion for payments technology and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Credit Card Transaction Monitoring:

1. Monitor credit card transactions to identify irregularities, discrepancies, or potential fraud.

2. Ensure all transactions comply with established company policies and industry regulations.

  • Customer Support:

1. Provide prompt and efficient support to cardholders for inquiries, disputes, or issues related to their credit card transactions.

2. Assist in resolving payment-related concerns and ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Transaction Analysis:

1. Conduct daily reconciliation of credit card transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.

2. Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.

3. Analyze transaction data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential fraud or misuse of the wallet system.

4. Collaborate with the risk management team to implement fraud prevention measures.

  • Reporting amp; Communication:

1. Generate and maintain reports on credit card performance, including transaction volumes, user activity, and financial metrics.

2. Present insights and recommendations to the stakeholders to improve wallet system efficiency.

  • Governance and Control:

1. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies related to wallet operations.

2. Ensure that appropriate security protocols to protect sensitive customer data and financial assets are implemented and effective.

  • Process Improvement:

1. Continuously identify opportunities to streamline wallet processes, reduce operational costs, and enhance user experience.

2. Propose and implement improvements to enhance wallet system performance.

  • Documentation:

1. Maintain comprehensive documentation of wallet processes, procedures, and user interactions.

2. Keep records of customer communications and issue resolutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years Proven experience in financial operations, payment systems, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
