We are partnering with our client, a well-established company in the Civil amp; Marine Industry, to hire a Draughtsman. In this role, you will be responsible for creating precise technical drawings and plans related to civil and marine projects. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate and detailed drawings.

• Create technical drawings and plans related to civil and marine projects
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to understand project requirements
• Review and interpret rough sketches, drawings, specifications, and other documents to create accurate and detailed drawings
• Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and regulations
• Make necessary adjustments to drawings based on feedback and changes
• Maintain accurate documentation of drawings and revisions
• Coordinate with other team members to meet project deadlines
• Follow company and industry-specific drafting standards and guidelines
• Attend meetings and provide support as needed

Requirements

• Relevant experience as a draughtsman in the Civil amp; Marine Industry
• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Proficiency in drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, sketches, and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
• Ability to multitask and meet project deadlines
