Project Manager 1 (EOI)

JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager (EOI) to join their team. As a joint venture between the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, JASARA PMC is dedicated to delivering high-quality Social Infrastructure programs that support Vision 2030. As a Project Manager at JASARA PMC, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects, ensuring their successful delivery from initiation to completion.

• Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage project resources, including staffing, equipment, and materials.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, including senior management.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or in a relevant field.
• 15 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
