Job Description
JASARA PMC is currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Controls Specialist to join our team. As a Project Controls Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting project managers and teams in the successful execution and delivery of projects. You will be responsible for developing and implementing project control processes and systems, monitoring project performance, analyzing data, and providing recommendations to ensure projects are completed within budget, scope, and schedule.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project control processes, procedures, and systems
- Monitor and control project scope, budget, and schedule
- Analyze project data and provide insights to project teams
- Prepare and present project performance reports to stakeholders
- Identify risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Support project change management processes
- Ensure compliance with project control processes and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project controls or a related role
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
- Proficiency in project planning and control software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
