Job Description
Eram Talent, a leading Talent Acquisition Consultancy, is currently seeking a Maintenance of Way Technician for a reputable company in the transportation industry. The Maintenance of Way Technician will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of tracks, bridges, and other infrastructure components to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Requirements
•Manage sources and resources of track machines and manpower on all SAR networks.
•Organize machines work execution according to approved plan.
•Ensure machines and manpower is available and capable for jobs execution.
•Review and approve machines and staff plan.
•Manage day to day machines activity.
•Manage and analyze statistics from e-data of machines, workshop staff and operators.
•Ensure safe operation of MOW equipment.
•Ensure that all Mow activities comply with the approved working schedule along SAR network.
•Monitor quality parameters of the equipment.
•Evaluate all Mow staff to ensure equipment reliability.
