Requirements

• Support and skills design, reviewing, analyzing, improving, implementing, executing, monitoring, and controlling the overall preparation and execution of Civil-Engineering and Track Technologies Processes Especially Track amp; Rail of Saudi Arabia Railways entity activities.
• Review the mineral, freight, and passenger infrastructure requirements of track, develop, and propose specifications, homologation of infrastructure assets based on world-wide best practices.
• Analyze and develop if necessary" system Parameters" or" Test procedures" for infrastructure tracks and maintenance machines to ensure their compatibility with the existing rolling stock and operation functions needs.
• Optimize and create preventive maintenance schedules with scientific approach and supplier.
• Condition monitoring infrastructure track assets of delays and their causes.
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise on technical areas to the Rolling Stock and Infrastructure functional areas.
• Provide consultative advice in the areas of specialization.
• Participate in the resolution of major problems.
• Retains amp; ensures the transfer of technical knowledge amp; expertise across the organization.
• Participate in the root cause analysis process.
• Supports the Inspection process.
• Specialized in infrastructure line planning according to the traffic demand from top management and business development.
• Give technical support to network planning department in the infrastructure.
• Deliver technical support planning for new routes and rail traffic.
• Specify according to the guidelines of top management standardized operation assets (like train length. siding length) and facilities.
• Provide technical services to both the Infrastructure and Rolling Stock functional areas especially in standardized interfaces.
• Ensure strict compliance with international standards, regulatory and procedural requirements.
• Infrastructure line planning and control to collect, analyze and report traffic movements.
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise on technical areas to the infrastructure functional areas.
• Provide consultative advice in the areas of.
• Participate in the resolution of major problems of transport service quality.
• Retains amp; ensures the transfer of technical knowledge amp; expertise.
• Participate in the root cause analysis process in the field of operation and delays.
