We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations in Saudi Arabia with international exposure and experience. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate decision-making within the organization.
What will be your responsibilities?
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger entries.
· Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
· Prepared financial statements, reports and budgets as required.
· Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian tax regulations and assist in the preparation and submission of VAT and WHT returns.
· Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
· Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue generation.
· Monitor and control expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
· Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manager.
· Stay updated on changes in local financial regulations and ensure company compliance.
· Prepared and submit financial reports to regulatory authorities as required.
· Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
· Communicate financial information clearly and effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
· Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) certification
· Knowledge of Saudi Arabian accounting standards and tax regulations
· Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
· Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· International experience.
· Be proficient in financial management software.
