As part of Dubizzle Group, Dubizzle KSA is hiring for a Sales Manager who will play a pivotal role in leading and motivating the Sales team to achieve and exceed targets in the Autos segment. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales team, providing guidance, and implementing strategies to drive performance. We are looking for a results-oriented leader with strong communication skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to inspire and mentor a team to success.

In this role, you will:

Lead and manage the Autos Sales team, setting clear goals and expectations.

Provide coaching, guidance, and mentorship to team members to enhance their performance in acquiring and maintaining clients driven by strong client relationships.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, providing regular feedback and coaching for improvement.

Collaborate with the management team to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.

Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, share best practices, and address challenges.

Assist in recruitment efforts, including interviewing and onboarding new team members.

Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages teamwork and individual growth.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and drive customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar field

At least 6 years of industry experience in sales and 2 years of sales leadership experience

Lead Management System, CRM, MS Office, Business Intelligence Tools

Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and customer relationship management

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills

Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Proficient in using CRM systems, MS Office, and Business Intelligence Tools

Previous experience in the online classifieds or online marketplace industry is preferred

Excellent knowledge of property amp; automotive markets

Strong Leadership skills
