As a Training Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to equip our employees with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their roles. • Create and implement comprehensive training programs that address the needs of different departments and job roles within the organization.
• Design and develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and through virtual platforms.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessment tools and feedback from participants.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
• Manage the training budget and resources effectively to optimize training outcomes.
• Provide coaching and support to employees to enhance their learning and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Training Specialist for 15 years.
• Experience in evaluating Capabilities of work teams and identification of required training gaps.
• Ability to design different training programs (internally and externally) Based on prior assessment of the capabilities of the Authority's work teams.
• Experience in implementing training programs and workshops for work teams different according to needs.
• Experience in using and applying Various means of training.
• Ability to prepare manual reports.
• Demonstrate progress in the training and knowledge transfer process and show Results and challenges.
• Proficiency in speaking and writing Arabic and English.
