Senior Document Controller - Infrastructure Projects

This position will focus on Infrastructure Projects, working closely with engineering and construction teams to ensure efficient document control processes are in place. • Develop and implement document control procedures and guidelines for infrastructure projects
• Manage and maintain the document control system and databases
• Ensure timely and accurate distribution of project documentation to relevant stakeholders
• Track and monitor document revisions and maintain version control
• Coordinate with project teams to collect and organize project-related documents
• Assist in the preparation of project reports and documentation
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with document control procedures and standards
• Provide training and support to project team members on document control processes
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as clients and contractors, to exchange project-related documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a document controller, preferably in infrastructure projects
• Proficient in document control software and tools.
• Good Knowledge of SAP amp; Aconex.
• Strong knowledge of document control procedures and standards
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of infrastructure project lifecycle and documentation requirements
• Experience with international standards and regulations is a plus
