Sr. Civil Design Engineer (EOI)

JASARA PMC is actively seeking a Senior Civil Design Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Civil Design Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and development of civil engineering projects. You will work closely with architects, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure that the design meets project requirements and complies with relevant codes and standards.

• Lead the civil design process, including concept development, detailed design, and construction documentation.
• Prepare design calculations, drawings, and specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate civil design with other building systems.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and standards.
• Manage and mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Review and approve design documents prepared by team members or external consultants.
• Coordinate with contractors and other project stakeholders to resolve design-related issues during construction.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in civil design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in civil design, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in civil design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Bentley MicroStation.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, codes, and standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership abilities with the capability to manage a team of engineers.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Experience in the design of various civil engineering projects, including infrastructure, buildings, or transportation.
• Professional Engineering license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Saudi Arabia.
• Proficiency Arabic and English spoken and written
