Job Description
JASARA PMC is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect Design Engineer (EOI) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the design process for various architectural projects. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and deliver innovative and high-quality architectural designs.
Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the design team, providing design direction and guidance, and ensuring that design projects are executed according to project goals, budget, and timelines. You will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating design proposals, conducting site visits and inspections, and ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
The ideal candidate for this role is a highly motivated and experienced architect with a strong background in architectural design and engineering. You should have a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering architectural projects, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in architectural design and engineering
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful architectural projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software
- Excellent knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Proven ability to lead and manage design teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is preferred
- Professional registration or licensure as an architect is preferred
- Proficiency in Arabic and English spoken and written
