Lead Piling Manager - D Wall

JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Piling Manager - D Wall to join our team. As the Lead Piling Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the construction of D Wall projects across our portfolio. You will work closely with project teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and the highest standards of quality and safety. • Manage and oversee the construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with project teams to develop detailed construction plans, including sequencing, resource allocation, and logistics.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams to resolve construction issues and challenges.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to review design drawings and identify potential constructability issues.
• Manage subcontractors' performance and ensure timely and accurate completion of work.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Identify and implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in piling construction.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of piling techniques, methodologies, and equipment.
• Experience working with international standards and specifications.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Professional certifications in construction management or related field are preferred.
