JASARA PMC, a leading program management company, is seeking an experienced Information System Specialist (EOI) to join their team. As an Information System Specialist at JASARA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of information systems across the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of information technology and its practical applications in a program management context. You will be responsible for analyzing user requirements, designing and developing system solutions, and providing technical support to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Analyze user requirements and identify system solutions that meet business needs.
• Design, develop, and implement information systems and applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
• Manage system configurations, including software installations, upgrades, and patch management.
• Ensure system security and data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and streamline information systems.
• Document system processes, procedures, and user guides.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in information system development and support.
• Strong knowledge of database management systems, programming languages, and web development frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals.
• Experience working in a program management environment is preferred.
• Practical experience in Automation, process development, information management and delivery Data.
• Ability to oversee the integration of new solutions with the compnay in the context of the current or future digital plan.
• Professional certifications in relevant areas such as database management, software development, or systems administration are a plus.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
