Health Safety Manager - PMO (EOI)

JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health amp; Safety Manager to join our team. As a Health amp; Safety Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing our organization's health and safety programs to ensure the well-being of our employees and compliance with applicable regulations. • Develop and implement health and safety policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards, assess risks, and implement appropriate preventive measures
• Ensure compliance with local and international health and safety regulations
• Lead incident and accident investigations, and develop and implement corrective actions
• Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and practices
• Manage health and safety documentation, records, and reporting
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health amp; Safety, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in health and safety management, preferably in the construction or industrial sector
• Proven knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is strongly preferred
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic is required
