We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at ALAQTAR. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and meeting customer acquisition targets. You will lead and manage a high-performing sales team, develop strategic sales plans, and collaborate with upper management to justify and execute these plans.
Responsibilities:
- Maximize sales team potential to achieve growth and meet sales targets.
- Create and implement a strategic business plan to expand our customer base and strengthen our market presence
- Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of sales representatives
- Develop strong and lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service
- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports, as well as accurate sales forecasts to the management team
- Stay informed about market shifts, emerging trends, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
Requirements
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of success as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills across all levels of an organization.
- Ability to drive the entire sales process from planning to closure.
- Strong business acumen and deep knowledge of the industry
