As a Dredge Projects Manager - Offshore, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing offshore dredging projects from conception to completion. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project budgets, and ensuring adherence to safety and environmental regulations. Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee offshore dredging projects, ensuring they are executed safely, efficiently, and within budget
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project success
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Monitor project progress, identify any potential issues or delays, and implement appropriate solutions
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Manage and supervise project teams, including dredge operators and support personnel
• Oversee the procurement of equipment, materials, and services
• Prepare and deliver progress reports to senior management and clients
• Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices in offshore dredging

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in offshore dredging projects, with a proven track record of successful project management
• Extensive knowledge of dredging techniques, equipment, and procedures
• Familiarity with relevant safety and environmental regulations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in managing budgets and financial aspects of projects
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Valid UAE driving license
