Eram Talent, a reputable Talent Acquisition Company, is currently seeking a Rigging Supervisor for a leading company in the oil and gas industry. The Rigging Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating rigging operations on various projects, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and industry best practices.

• Supervise and coordinate rigging operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Plan and schedule rigging activities, allocating resources and manpower to meet project requirements.
• Inspect and maintain rigging equipment, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to safety standards.
• Train and mentor rigging crews, providing guidance and support to improve their skills and performance.
• Coordinate with other departments and project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Monitor rigging performance and quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate measures.
• Maintain accurate records of rigging activities, including inspection reports, maintenance records, and equipment certifications.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies to promote a safe working environment.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in rigging technology and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in rigging operations, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role, overseeing rigging activities and managing a team.
• Strong knowledge of rigging equipment, techniques, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret project specifications and engineering drawings.
• Certifications in rigging, such as NCCCO or ITI, are highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good physical condition and ability to work in demanding and challenging environments.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.
