The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery of projects in the UAE.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Here is a description on the role :

• Oversee and manage the entire construction project, showcasing expertise in diverse areas, including Civil Marine works, Breakwater, Quay Wall, Backfilling, Sheet Piles, Caissons Block, Culverts, Causeway, with an added advantage of hands-on experience in dredging and reclamation.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules, demonstrating effective resource management to ensure the timely achievement of project milestones and deadlines.
• Cultivate strong client relationships through proactive communication, providing regular updates on project progress, promptly addressing concerns, and ensuring continuous client satisfaction throughout the construction process.
• Coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional departments within the organization, including survey, engineering, logistics, and other relevant teams, ensuring effective collaboration and synergy across various functions for a holistic project approach.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of and adherence to project safety requirements, fostering a secure working environment for all personnel on-site, thereby emphasizing the importance of safety in the project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Knowledge of UAE regulations and standards
