The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery of projects in the UAE.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and control of project activities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful completion of projects on time, within budget, and according to specifications. You will also be responsible for managing project risks, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. You should also have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the UAE. Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget is required.
Strong leadership and management skills are essential for this role. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects is also crucial for this role. Proficiency in project management software and tools is preferred.
Knowledge of UAE regulations and standards is necessary to ensure compliance with local requirements. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are desirable to effectively address project challenges and resolve conflicts. Professional certifications in project management such as PMP are a plus.
