As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing civil and marine construction projects. Responsibilities- Apply engineering expertise in Civil Marine works, Breakwater, Quay Wall, Backfilling, Sheet Piles, Caissons Block, Culverts, and Causeway construction processes.
- Assist in the preparation of Method Statements, lifting processes, and the allocation of manpower resources in compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure the implementation of project plans, specifications, and quality standards on-site.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot engineering issues, and contribute to the successful completion of the project within established timelines and budgets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in civil and marine construction
- Strong knowledge of construction principles, techniques, and practices
- Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations
- Willingness to travel and work on-site as required
