Eram Talent is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Engineer - Offshore to join our team. As a Senior Project Engineer - Offshore, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing offshore projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and delivery of quality solutions. • Lead and manage offshore projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure smooth project execution
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Monitor project progress and performance, and implement corrective actions as required
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in offshore project management
• Strong knowledge of offshore engineering principles and practices
• Experience in managing complex offshore projects from start to finish
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
• Proficiency in project management software/tools
