As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities:

• Directly manage the construction activities on-site, ensuring that all aspects of the project align with the approved plans and specifications.
• Possess excellent planning and budgeting skills, ensuring that projects are completed within scope, on time, and within budget constraints.
• Show a strong hold of Civil Marine works, Breakwater, Quay Wall, Backfilling, Sheet Piles, Caissons Block, Culverts, and Causeway construction techniques and methods.
• Coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments within the organization, including survey, engineering, logistics, and other relevant teams, fostering seamless communication and collaboration to optimize project outcomes.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management
• Proven track record in successfully managing and delivering construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, methods, and best practices
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
