We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Associate of HR Operations to join our team in Riyadh. As an Associate of HR Operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day HR operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our HR processes.



Key Responsibilities and Objectives:

  • Support the HR operations team in day-to-day HR tasks and processes.
  • Coordinate and execute the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the maintenance and management of HR information systems.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint for various HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of HR initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee data and sensitive HR information.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in HR practices and regulations.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned.



Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, particularly in PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated expertise in onboarding processes and procedures.
  • Familiarity with HR information systems and ability to handle day-to-day tasks in HR systems.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Saudi labor law system and HR practices in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and collaborative team player, with a positive and can-do attitude.
  • Experience working in management consultancy companies is preferred.
