JASARA PMC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Organization Development Senior Specialist to join our team. As an Organization Development Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies, programs, and initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and performance of our organization. You will work closely with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to drive organizational change, develop leadership capabilities, and foster a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to identify organizational development needs and priorities.
- Design and implement organizational development strategies, programs, and initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and performance of the organization.
- Develop and deliver leadership development programs to build leadership capabilities at all levels of the organization.
- Implement change management plans to support organizational change initiatives and ensure successful adoption.
- Design and facilitate employee engagement initiatives to foster a high-performance culture and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess organizational needs and conduct gap analyses.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of organizational development programs and initiatives.
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and employees on organizational development topics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in organizational development.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of organizational development processes and practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in organizational development or related roles.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing organizational development strategies and programs.
- Experience in driving organizational change initiatives and facilitating leadership development.
- Strong knowledge of change management principles and practices.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Professional certifications in organizational development or related areas are a plus.
